Varies, some days I like to go commando.
But if I do wear them then they come off at bedtime and into the wash.
I never wear socks, but my pull ups might be worn a couple of times before the wash.

Well, sometimes I get up and get ready for the day and get dressed and then go through that day and go to bed, then wake up the next day and stay in my pyjamas all day, then I'd change that night before getting ready for bed. If I was going out anywhere I would obviously shower and wear fresh garments.
