Default When did you realise your were getting older?
I turned 27 last month and I did the splits to show everyone I can do them and my arse cheek and leg still hurts to this day - this is the moment I realised I’m getting older and cannot do things I could do 10 years ago!

Also I feel myself being more nervous about doing things whereas 10 years ago I wouldn’t even give it a second thought!

When was your horrifying realisation?

I don't think I've noticed yet Conzors.

Tomorrow, I'll try some things and see if I can still do them as I used to.

Quite a challenge this may prove to be.

Always when I scroll down one of those dropdowns where you have to set your age for being 18+ or whatever and I see like 2000+ as an option...
