I switched to that when I read that coffee is more effective a bit later after you wake up rather than first thing

I have a speciality coffee, more so in the autumn winter months, I get boxes of sachets from B and M bargains, only Ł1.15 or thereabouts and they have lovely flavours. Mint, caramel etc.

They are Jess. There's 6 to 8 sachets in a box depending on the make, some are Nescafe and there's also Kenco. Both good brands.

They are so creamy, and I add a little extra milk.

I have a travel mug which I take in the car with me full.of tea, it hold about 2 and a half cups worth. I do like coffee but find it too harsh in the morning, tea is like a hug in a mug

Sometimes I do. It’s normally one of my Nescafé Mocha sachets (I’m not a big coffee drinker) or a cup of tea if I feel like it otherwise a nice fresh orange juice goes down great in the morning.

I love my first coffee of the day.
It’s not the first drink as I have coke at the side of the bed to drink with my first lot of meds.
I only drink decaff so it’s not like I get a hit from it.

I just have a tea. I don't mind coffee (black, no sugar for me), but it's never my first choice and it doesn't really do much for me in the sense of giving me a jolt of energy or keeping me awake, etc.

I used to do that on my Early shifts...

Nice cup of strong English Breakfast tea for me...
