Try and run 3 or 4 times a week and I cycle to work 2/3 times a week so that counts I reckon
I used to mix up my exercise a bit more with gym as well but then it limits my running so I'd rather just focus on that |

I run a few times a week and I have a Peloton bike I use e every day. I try for 10,000 steps a day, the dog helps out with that. I'm probably fitter now than I was in my 20s.

Mainly walking every day, but not a great distance.
I ride a push bike too. But on these cold winter days, all I wanna do is stay indoors.

I joined a Keep fit group last year and then added Pilates, and strength training, plus I walk Tilly I miss it in Spain so we do a lot of hill walking

I walk twice a day every day for the dog without fail, and then try and do 3 workouts a week - either weights or HIIT and finally one or two yoga sessions per week. Try and keep it regular like that with varying degrees of success, but I am pretty good.
