He just cowardly, in my view, wanted to get out of saving Jenna or Farrah so used both Chloe and Janice to justify his actions as to that in the saving decisions they had to make.

From what I see, I would trust him complicity.

He is allowed to pick whoever he wants, it is up to him.

Austin has been behaving very badly and I would do the same as James has, tell him first, then if it continues, nominated him.

I would nominate James if he hadn't.

Be responsible for your own actions and views, don't be shouted down, don't be cajoled and don't be turned by abuse.
