Question What's the difference between Natalie and Bear/Marc?

Intrigued at this point to hear what sets them apart and why Marc/Helen/Bear drained their series of entertainment value and Natalie supposedly isn't?

Of course there have been good series with overbearing personalities being terrible people: Tiffany, Gemma, Kim, Charley, Nikki... the difference is they were at least funny. What stand-out moments does Natalie have? What quotes are there? All I'm hearing is noise and a god complex of "everyone's fake but me". Which is exactly what Bear did

Edit: and before anyone accuses me of coming for Natalie's fans, this question works both ways why are there so many Bear/Helen fans taking issue with her?
