this morning
2 slices white bread with fruit sprinkles, and cup of green tea
now lunch meal plans
grilled cheese sandwich, our own idea of a quick, easy soup (water and vegetable stock blocks and then some cherry tomatoes in that, and bit of tomato ketchup for extra tomato flavour, colour, we do that every sunday, quick, easy, savoury, yummy)
