UK Schools if you have a mobile phone in a lesson it must be Turned Off

Thats so simple

Now Any Child that Turns on their Mobile
must be Expelled

Make it dead clear to these Brats
You put your Phone On while in a lesson
you get Expelled

Why the Hell is this not going on now.
