Its a really difficult one. On one hand I wouldn't want to rock the boat, on the other im fiercely protective of my friends and if he had been kissing someone in plain sight so everyone would know apart from my friend sat at home babysitting so he could have a good time I would have to think hard about what to do. Would prefer she heard it from a friend than the office gossip.
