I usually walk over 5k steps before 9am on my daughter's school run but now thanks to the Covids I just sit on my butt drinking coffee until 11am and have gained nearly a stone in 3 months

. Who knew that exercising less and eating the same amount would lead to weight gain? Certainly not me!
Thankfully Piers doesn't mind and I'm tall and broad enough to carry the extra padding. I am sort of concerned about what will happen if schools don't go back in August though

. Some might say, "just do more exercise at home", or "stop putting so much cream in the coffee you fat ****", but neither of those are realistic solutions are they.
