Ruling aside, it still depends on the indivdual. Of course you have to make a ruling but there is no getting around the fact that it's down to the person.

Good idea Patrick. However even though a government minister recently urged under 16's to go for oral sex as opposed to the real deal. UK law says it is illegal to have underage sex (including oral sex and mutual masturbation) if you are under the age of 16

The legal age and the legal age to wed should be raised to 18........

The problem is when its set at such a young age of 16 then those aproaching 16 will think ah well near enough lets do it........and it becomes acceptable among the under 16s.......

The law is an ass at the mo saying you can have sex at 16 but if you become a topless model at 16 you are breaking the law........You can marry at 16 but not see bog standard "X" rated films let alone R rated stuff.....A complete ass of a legal system and regulations......
