Despite the fact he knows Vicky and is a model, he doesn't seem like he is cocky about it like Marco or Sam. His, Georgina, Jason and Andy's VT were very normal. Too normal for BBC5. |

Just seeing all the tweets of support from celebs tonight is disgusting for a civilian series. I don't dislike the guy at all, I would just rather he wasn't involved

I hate when civilian series is always half-celebrity series.

He's a seemingly inoffensive male with abs, he'd be the favourite regardless of his social media presence.

Totally confused Alex for Andy. I dont think Alex will win. He'll be he boring pretty one who doesnt get nominated and be the first out in the final.

Too glam to give a damn
|
I found it amusing that he refused to stand behind the 'game-player' podium, and then looked really embarrased when he ended up with 'sensitive'. It's quite ironic really since was too insecure to just stand behind a podium that suggests absolutely nothing other than that they're standing behind a random podium, so 'sensitive' actually fit him rather well.
I think he'll get too caught up in wanting to be well-liked by the public and it'll backfire on him at some point. |

First time i saw him i had the feeling that he might be the winner. Adding to the fact that he is Vicky Pattison´s friend gives him a huge boost over the others.

I take people to what they are like on screen.
I hated Gina on entry... I didn't during the series! He seems like just a normal bloke at the moment on screen. Nothing fantastic, nothing bad. But they are all in the Neutral scale really with me so early on. |

Also it's a VTE.
So if he's up for eviction before the win vote, don't see how having a Vicky connection can help him. That only works with a VTS |

He's the chosen one. If he were to utter anything remotely controversial, it will be edited out quicker than you can say Jay Mckray pooed in the freezer.

Going on first impressions he came across as genuine, unpretentious and honest and deserves to win...but so many viewers prefer narcissistic, Vulger and immoral personalities so he prob won't.

When people watch TV Shows (I mean Reality and scripted) the most entertaining characters nine times out of ten are the nasty, rude, evil, sadistic villains, also anti-heroes make great TV also, it's very rare that the "nice" character is the most interesting of a TV Show unless they're somehow wickedly funny which is the one in ten (hey I quoted a song!) of the "good" guys being the most entertaining. If people look at it objectively and not getting emotionally worked up in the moment villains/anti-heroes have always been the best BB Housemates.

I think that's because the public get emotionally worked up and throw strops when seeing a villain do well (see Helen's victory over Ashleigh in BB15 for example) but when they do vote these boring winners they regret it afterwards and they wished that they'd voted for one of the more interesting Housemates instead (mainly the villains and anti-hero options) and I'm like "it's too late to change the result now, it wasn't my fault that the bland person won."
