Eggs go off quicker than most people think so I regularly have eggs that I wont poach but scrambled or in an omlette is just a good.

The centre has to be creamy not runny. A runny centre is not acceptable.

But I like them all, except for poached, which I've never had. Don't like when the yolk is runny.
