Lewis F displayed disturbing behaviour. He was literally shaking with anger, thinking people were talking about him and numerous housemates left the kitchen due to his behaviour.

BB 100% called him to the diary room because they have been watching him and are concerned.

I thought he was shaking due to stress and anxiety, rather than anger. He was showing signs of paranoia, as your comments suggest. He does seem very fragile to me, but more like he could break down rather than explode.
