..yeah exactly my thoughts as well about him...I think he’s a nice guy but sometimes leadership isn’t required or a dad role isn’t required ..and he didn’t pick up on that and carried on anyway...we need a meeting guys...well no we don’t, we all want to do our own thing...THIS IS OUR GAME AS WELL AND YOU ARE NOT THE BOSS OF US......but he does listen to his criticisms and seems to take them on board...although I think he’ll always incline back to adopting ‘dad’ tbh...
