![]() I absolutely agree with everything you say here. Lewis and Cameron had been provoking Akeem with their comments all day, and I think Akeem was just pushed to the point where he'd had enough. He has been patient and controlled for such a long time, but he was bound to react at some point. It's time someone confronted Lewis about his behaviour too. Up until this episode I have tried to be understanding and tolerant of Lewis as he clearly has issues, and i have quite liked Cameron despite his moaning. Tonight's episode showed the moaning became something more unpleasant, and showed Lewis and Cameron feeding off each other's negativity and extreme paranoia. It wasn't pleasant. Enough allowances have been made for Lewis throughout the series, but he's destroyed any support I had for him. And, in my opinion, it would be healthier for Cameron to detach a little from Lewis. Their relationship is becoming unhealthy and damaging to each other. In my view, Cian did nothing wrong - he just prevented an unpleasant and volatile situation from escalating, which to me seemed the sensible thing to do. Why he felt the need to apologise is beyond me. And Issy did what most other people would probably do in that situation by trying to persuade them to calm things down. |
