Of course not, our police do everything they can to capture rapists..If the victim wants to pursue things..but who is going to admit to that?

You sound angry and spiteful, and make it sound as though it's my fault the police in other countries don't pursue these cases with the vigour they should..but I suppose that could be pointed out as a cultural difference.
