Now she has probably has the best marketing strategy out of all the pop chicks, try watching a YouTube video without the whole of the ME! music video being an ad at the beginning, all she has to do is release a catchy bop and it will be hugely successful.

Yeah I think this is part of it. To my mind she only had a small handful of huge songs in the UK before 2014. Can’t speak for the rest of the world
