I didn't drink at all for 9 months last year and it didn't really bother me at all (probably because before then I hardly ever drank at all, like maybe once every few months on average?), then I started again when the World Cup was on and drank a looot more often then and it turned into like a few days a week.
But actually it's not that difficult once you get into it yknow?
Saving money is one of the main things for me for sure. I don't get hangovers so that doesn't bother me too much but I've noticed I've felt more 'clean' when not drinking
