My anxiety or panic disorder that I suffer with is mostly health-related so it’s through the roof atm with all of this.
Panic attack symptoms around the clock in different forms, to the point where I haven’t been able to gulp a drink for over a week because my throat feels like it’s constricting. Horrible. |
