yes i am doing that, already given them some water in case my dad forgets it after dinner
 but carrots are among those very easy to grow i guess i also have a mix of flower like Dahlia, buttercup, peppermint, as well as lavendel, rosemary our garden is very insect friendly, and also bird friendly with their daily cup of birdfood we throw in birdhouses (everytime is empty when we check on that afternoon  ) also waterbath which we give them fresh water for them to drink, take a bath in
