You should read up on the details of that case before you put rape in quotations. It was undoubtedly rape, the victim was unconscious and couldn't consent, Turner tried to run for it when he was discovered and the people who discovered and apprehended him corroborated everything.

Being white in America more often than not allows for some degree of leniency. Let's not forget about times where the police have apprehended white shooters alive yet they'll shoot black people in their beds when they have the wrong house.

Agree with everything Dezzy has posted here.

And why would someone being drunk matter anyway? Rape is rape...

Just look at differences in those crimes and the sentences handed out it doesnt make one bit of sense.

Apparently the police fired rubber rounds at a pregnant woman's stomach in Austin.

It gets worse too, when she was down, they shot her in the spine and back as she screamed in fear that they killed her baby. The baby was apparently fine though, thankfully.

The police are animals.
