I think it's more to do with the stereotypes than whether it showed inequality.

![]() Yes, I know. The depiction of slavery itself is not grounds for it being removed. Contextually, it is correct. It is the PORTRAYAL of it, glamourising and using stereotypes. Hence why HBO Max said when it returns they hope they can have more balanced material alongside it that depict the REALITY of slavery that isn't romanticised in a Hollywood epic.
