Took my old mum to waitrose today, her first supermarket visit since Feb. I like going there as people SD well and are polite, the staff are super lovely and the stuff is great quality. As we were loading up at the till a staff member came and gave my mum a lovey bunch of flowers for no reason
 so nice I will email head office to say thanks |
