This is probably going to be one of the few instances where I have to intervene on a question, because I'm typically afraid to in case I influence your decisions... but with question #3, I currently have NINE different answers.

I ask that you re-read the question carefully, make sure that your answer is an independent country, ie. a sovereign state recognised by the UN, and that they declared independence after April 1991 (ie. 30 years ago sorry for that reminder of how much time has passed since the 90s...)

I can't give a list of eligible countries because everyone could just look at it and go "right, let's submit the one at the top of the list".
