As far as tonight’s Euro semi final goes and who we should support, I think it’s time for us Irish to forget the past and take a more grown up attitude to cheering on our old enemy. Let’s face it there’s no point in holding on to old historical grudges nowadays. The Viking raids happened a very long time ago so isn’t it time to forget the evil the perpetrated on us and cheer on Denmark tonight.

Sunday is going to be awesome.....the whole country will be up early for the build up...I cant wait.
I was so desperate for us to win last night and reach a final...we have failed to reach a final for so many years.
It just feels good to be able to embrace and celebrate being in a final...win or lose..... But I know come Sunday losing just wont be an option...

Second comment about the laser pen (which was horrendous, I wonder if this is what the ref relayed to the fourth official?) but he saved the pen so he obviously wasn't afffected by it

....we have had to take losing big games as a result of bad decisions..we took it on the chin. This time it went our way....

...as for the Penalty I think it was soft but it was a penalty...the Ref and VAR said so too. As for the laser that was disgusting but he wasnt even aware of it.
