I actually have quite enjoyed the sobriety too and it's been good for the beer belly. I will have a pint after work today but will generally try to have more sober days I think now I have discovered the wonderful world of alcohol free beer

It's all just good intentions of course though

Is there a particular one you would recommend, sometimes I give Mr C a 0% but he is into it straight off, I bought a bottle of Shiraz 0% and after a sip it went straight down the sink, it was vile

The nicest ones were Lucky Saint and Brooklyn I think. Big Drop Paradiso is nice if he likes an IPA

I had the Alcohol-free Estrella in a pub and that was really nice but I've never seen it in shops

Just stay away from Becks Blue

I've not had a drink in more than 3 weeks now. My energy levels have gone up 10 fold. And i've been a million times more productive.

And yes, those hangovers. So nice to wake up and feel fresh
