I appreciate it, Kate. People with a more reserved internal focus are sometimes assumed to be lacking in a certain kind of self-confidence but all these things are naive misconceptions. If anything it’s that deeper confidence in yourself that makes you a bit more discriminating about how and where you choose to get your points across and there’s nothing wrong with that.
