100% agree with this. I don’t carry any prejudices against trans people, but would have voted Hallie due to her attitude and behaviour, which I see as quite separate to her identity.
I’m sure Olivia is right in that a minority of viewers might have voted Hallie because she is trans, however she seemed to be suggesting that it would have been a much greater majority, and nearly tipped into a conspiracy theory with what she said. To me, that is an insult, and a misjudgment of most of the audience.
She seemed to show no recognition that Hallie’s annoying behaviour might have been a reason for her eviction, and I wonder if that was because doing so would make her feel vulnerable as she has displayed some very similar behaviour at times.
