and this is what you tell the housing people they have obviously made a mistake, tell them you have been to both banks and neither is holding a second account for you, did you get anything in writing from either bank?

…and they’re not able to see which bank the account is at, then…they must have some details there to say that you have that account so if they said which bank it was at, it would mean that you’d know where to investigate it at…?..

Plus the Government are able to access bank accounts if you're on benefits so why make our Ness go through this when they could look at the account themselves. Pffft.

They do it to put people off ours was 3rd appeal for PIP seems there's no rhyme for reason for decisions and their denial excuses are a joke.
