In order to get
this through,
the Government is now allowing
Healthcare charges in Rwanda
to be paid by taxpayers funds.


So when they arrive in Rwanda
they can get a free dentist.

So they can get all of the things they would get here, paid for by the same money, so long as they don't do it ... here. The motivations are so thinly-veiled . But I think people would be all for it even if it was going to cost double.

"We're going to build them all 3-bed semis and give them all cars and free driving lessons. There will be a Tesco on every corner, and food will be free! There will be leisure complexes for them all to use whenever they like... it's actually a utopia... cost? Oh yes it's costing an absolute fortune!"
