As far as I’m aware, they were told the shooter was dead and that’s when they got up. He asked for his shoes and his hat and I don’t think that is super unreasonable. He was probably in shock and was thinking very basic thoughts

I’d say that he could have been paid off by someone to do it, but why agree to get paid knowing you’ll die immediately after?

In my accident my first thought was ‘can I move my legs?!?’ And then I realised I could so then I panicked about where the **** I was supposed to go. I drove like 800ft away and pulled into a business parking lot. Then I walked up to see the other drivers and they were like ‘why did you leave’

I've only been in one crash, as a teenager. A friend was driving, and we were both 100% convinced the car "was going to explode" (it was a write-off but only because the suspension completely collapsed - there was no risk at all of a fire or explosion) .
