Well it's how she talks, upbringing ,her friends... where she grew up I guess. Is she from London?. There's different dialects on parts of London/ street talk etc.

What I like is she isn't putting on an act , she's 100% her authentic self .

I agree with you that Hanah is one of the more genuine contestants in the house imo.
