It doesn't seem enough. However, our system isn't the most lenient. Anders Breivik, who killed more than 70 people in Norway in 2011, got the Norwegian maximum sentence of 21 years. Norway's system deals with rehabilitation rather than punishment and is really successful, and I suppose it is for robbery or fraud. But 21 years for killing all those people? I think life should always mean their whole life and for horrific murders I'd like to see the murderer get a bullet in the head. These people will never be rehabilitated.
