I do remember it, horrible, I can't even imagine the horror and fear his victims went through. And yeah how can someone like that be rehabilitated? Besides the fact I don't believe they deserve a second chance, how can it be worth the risk? They're basically saying his rehabilitation is worth taking a chance with more innocent peoples lives
