Hand-wringers, more interested in the criminal than in his countless victims, I guess. Do you remember it? He opened fire on young people at a youth camp on an island. They had nowhere to go to escape... it was awful. That and a car bomb. They can extend the sentence if they still think he's a risk. I mean, how can they NOT think he's still a risk?
