Mickey joked to JoJo he would have sex with her so she would turn straight, she said no she's all good and then he said he'd tie her up and do it. That would be called rape, and therefore made what he said a rape joke. Keep up.

And even without the tying up, lesbians don't want to have sex with men, so men joking about having sex with them t turn them straight would mean it would be non-consensual.
