That's not him saying the shooter was MAGA, it's saying MAGA was labelling the murderer as anything BUT Maga, which is to insinuate they pointed the finger everywhere else, politicising the issue, which is exactly what happened, within an hour of Charlie being shot, despite lack of evidence or proof.

I would imagine whilst that is a disgusting point to make it was accusing the President of the USA - just days after one of his friends had been assassinated and not long after he was so mnearly killed in that way of "“This is not how an adult grieves the murder of someone he called a friend. This is how a four-year-old mourns a goldfish.”

Its repugnant, tone deaf and nasty. The network needed to kill the show somehow as it was losing money and no one much watched it.

Regardless - The company said it had made its decision because it “strongly objects to recent comments made by Mr Kimmel concerning the killing of Charlie Kirk”.

and they pay the bills so they make the decision
