Should have both been housemates from a previous series.

The main uproar with Nikki though was people had spent money to evict her.

That's why I never liked late entrants because they do have quite a big advantage but lots of previous series have done it and I think this is more akin to that. Emily was never really a proper housemate and wasn't properly evicted as it wasn't actually a public vote for who left

Of course they never should have done the launch night twist in the first place but I'm glad they're doing this now

Yeah I just really don't understand how it became a thing in the first place, like how did this get past multiple levels of production staff. They should have a small focus group of viewers to test ideas with because so many of their twists are just immediately hated by basically everyone

Yeah, their production team have a lot to answer for this year. Especially knowing it would be up against The Traitors too.
