No further threat to community or link between asylum-seekers and crime levels, says Justice Minister after alleged assault on girl in west Dublin  There is "no correlation” between the location of IPAS centres and crime levels in a community, Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan has said after the alleged sexual assault of a young girl in Saggart, west Dublin.
