So they pick other members and then insult them in as many diffrent ways they can find, the other member cant say anything back because we would get infractions and thats that.

Valid points however, I wasnt thinking that it would be open for all subjects, mainly stuff that isnt really suitable for posting on the main forums. Not just anything goes obviously but strict limits on what can and cant be posted.

Having multiple ID's simply gets people temporarily banned then you cant really use any of the forums. So would it be worth signing up for a second in use account?

I was just thinking the mods/admin having to monitor/check second ID's. More for them ontop of a busy forum that has enough trouble with that happening as it is. Would it become tenfold if underage people wanted access or to try their luck at least?
