Look at the perpetrators background! Its like has had about 5 cases of rape, which he eother went to jail for, or were dismissed somehow!

Its like people are telling him go ahead, do it again, you can always get way with it! Unbelievable! HOw he wasnt put away for ever, or at least mentally commited is beyond me!
