Well if he's fully aware of it and it STILL doing it, then it's far more dangerous.

If there is ever a conversation between Josie and Andrew, where Andrew tells her how he feels about her, and she STILL has this banter/flirtation with him, maybe then she'll be doing the same. Until then though, she's nowhere near giving him the wrong impression....it is plain to anyone in that house that Josie likes JJ, including Andrew, and JJ aswell.
