If those examples are worthy ?...then this site is just STRANGE, when the likes of some on here get away with exreme ignorance and rudeness!
Oh yeah!...the other two were for saying that Vicky did'nt have a sense of humour !...and that I did'nt think that she was the right kind of person for the job!!

Problem is you dont know which member of staff give those infractions unless they PM yopu or you ask who gave and why?

Its no good blaming one member of staff simply because they were mentioned at the time.

I think individual staff should PM the member of the forum they have banned, gave an infraction or warning to, and explain what action they have done and why. Not hide behind the TiBB Staff "I have banned you and have a nice day" account.

Mind you it is very Big Brother, hiding behind a screen of anonymity.
