My dad was 30 years older than my birth mother and is 28 years older than my step mum, and was married to both for 18 years and 11 years (and counting) respectively. My dad was 52 when I was born. I actually take exception to people saying there's 'something weird' about an older man having a relationship with a much younger woman, it happens all the time and in lots of cases works out, it just depends on the two people involved. My dad is very young at heart and he and my step mum are soul mates, I've actually never seen a more suited and in love couple.
A 33 year old man going for a 15 year old girl is a totally different thing.
All I would say is go for it, see how it feels, if it doesn't work out then whatever, you're plenty young enough to get over it and put it down to experience
