We have our X Factor that's all we need, and we're very happy with it.

No point in showing BBUK there because when they tried our format it flopped

No point in showing I'm a Celeb there because they won't know who any of the celebs are (we struggle as it is) and their main show was a flop too

They don't show X Factor UK because they don't have their own so its pointless

They don't show BGT because AGT isn't that big in America
