The other key point is that Cheryl said she was acting in self defence. Without hearing both sides, how do you know there isn't more to it? Just because nothing is said doesn't mean it didn't happen. And black girl cries racism and the CPS lap it up.

Her silence speaks volumes cuz her fans act like the assault was justified. If that was true then surely Cheryl would have said so.
Cheryl was found guilty and the girl was not charged I dont see self defence.
The racist element was clearly a case of opportunism - I'll agree on that - but the charges stuck and thats all that counts.
