trapped nerves are awful, had one in my neck once, it was the worst 2 weeks of my life, I couldn't stand up or sit up cos if my neck had to support my head It pressed on the nerve and the pain in my head was so bad I started vomiting

Been there. I was put on tablets so strong they knocked me out. Bloody awful isn't it?!
