Been there. I was put on tablets so strong they knocked me out. Bloody awful isn't it?!

Thing is, when I saw the doc she kindly told me 'now it's happened once it will happen at any time again'. I nearly bloody slapped her

How can I avoid getting a trapped nerve? Now I'm afraid to move, is it more common in your neck?

I can't even remember how I did it It was years ago. It just twinged I think. Basically if you feel a twinge, stop what you're doing and go slow
