yes but it was just a private drunken ramble when all is said and done. Since when do people take a drunk even seriously? Those women were even laughing which is what most people do when some drunk chats crap at them.
Its the fact that it was secretly filmed that has made it more powerful than it actually was. Otherwise it would have just been a private incident that a few people knew about.
I can understand him being sacked now the video is out there for all to see. Thats business and damage limitation. But his actual crime IMO doesn't deserve further prosecution. His global humiliation and job loss is more than enough for what was actually just a private drunken ramble that didnt seem to even offend the recipients judging by their laughter.
